This Nike Shox MR4 sneaker features a synthetic leather upper in a gradient Safety Orange and Yellow finish, highlighted by a black Swoosh on the medial. Its unique design includes an elongated toebox and a lifted heel. Other details include "Martine Rose" branding on the tongue, black co-branded insoles, Safety Orange laces, and 3M reflective hits on the lacing system. A black sole unit with Shox pucks at the heel and a treaded rubber outsole completes the design.
