Olmar and Mirta is a clothing factory based out of Spa, Italy. They were the first ones to produce Rick Owens up to around FW15. This piece was likely produced sometime in the late 90s, and features similar design elements to Rick, like the seam along the back, the slim fit, and gusseting around the underarms.
